Punk-Mailer

Outbound mail for Perl: a hashref message, a MIME builder that streams
attachments from disk, and the transports that carry the result - SMTP
(STARTTLS, implicit TLS) over Fetch's tunnel, HTTP providers through
Fetch's client, a sendmail pipe, and a capture transport for tests.
Punk::Plugin::Mailer wires it into a Punk application.

INSTALLATION

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install

Fetch 0.15 or newer must be installed (or present as a sibling directory
of a checkout) for its fetch_abi.h; nothing else is linked.
