Revision history for JSCalendar-Duration

        - seconds_to_duration and seconds_to_signed_duration now reject
whole seconds above 2**53 - 1; very large inputs used to make them
loop forever, and they are now much faster on large inputs
        - duration_to_seconds and signed_duration_to_seconds now reject
durations over the same limit, which used to give imprecise
          results, or "Inf"
        - seconds_to_duration no longer omits the whole seconds before a
fraction, as in "PT1M.5S"; it now produces "PT1M0.5S" (thanks, Asif
          Islam!)
        - seconds_to_duration no longer puts seconds directly after hours,
as in "PT1H1S", which the grammar forbids; it now produces
          "PT1H0M1S"
        - seconds_to_duration no longer produces fractions with trailing
zeros, like "PT1.50S", or fractions of zero, like "PT0.00S"
        - seconds_to_duration no longer discards the fraction from a whole
number of weeks plus a fraction; 604800.5 was "P1W"
        - seconds_to_duration now rejects input with a trailing newline or
non-ASCII digits, which were accepted, sometimes yielding garbage
        - duration_to_seconds now accepts weeks followed by days or a time
component, like "P1W1D" or "P1WT1H", as RFC 8984 permits
        - duration_to_seconds now rejects seconds directly after hours, like
          "PT1H1S", which the grammar forbids
        - duration_to_seconds now rejects fractional seconds with trailing
zeros, like "PT1.50S" or "PT1.0S", which RFC 8984 forbids
        - added seconds_to_signed_duration and signed_duration_to_seconds,
for the SignedDuration type, exportable on request
        - seconds_to_duration now rejects the empty string, which was
          treated as zero

        - duration_to_seconds now rejects durations with no components,
like "P", "PT", and "P1DT"; these were treated as zero seconds
        - duration_to_seconds now rejects durations with a trailing "0",
like "P1D0" or "PT1H0", which were silently accepted
